Year 11

In Year 11, students focus mainly on applications, CVs, personal statements and ensuring that they are prepared to take the next step into college life. This also includes sessions on stress management and revision guidance when approaching exam time. Students are also given help in applying for courses. Lessons are taught weekly for one hour. These sessions throughout the year are supported by weekly ‘food for thought’ reflection in tutor time. Students get the opportunity to discuss various current news items, as well as thinking ‘outside the box’.
